Every Women Needs A Cave

For years men have always had the privilege of having a man cave. Being a women we have so many things that we need the proper space to store our items,  pretend we are shopping and try on everything before we leave the house, and most of all alone time to just be girly.

Find an area in your home or apartment and make a women cave. If possible dedicate a full room. Add a sofa, mirrors, racks, a tv and of course a wine station.

Don't stress out on completeing it right away. It takes time and lots of shopping hours.

Start off with a few book shelfs for storing your shoes and jewelry displays.

Acne is a form of bacteria that is caused by many factors. Two of the most common reasons people get acne is because of their diet and not washing their face enough or properly.

Here are 3 things you need to do to rid yourself from acne for good.

Step 1. Drink water with fresh lemon. At least 4/5 glasses a day. Cut the fast food to once, twice a week or in definitely.

Step 2. Wash your face with Neem soap. Do a wash 3 times in a row. Do not use a wash rag or towel. Was with your hands and do this 3 times a day. Morning, midday and before bed.

Step 3. Mositurize your face with Emu oil. Massage in for 30 seconds each time. During the day apply a sun screen. It's doesn't matter your race, sunscreen is important. Anyone can get skin cancer from the sun. At night you don't need sun screen.

You will see results after one use.

How To Make Your Own finishing Powder Match Your Skin

I have always had a really hard time finding a finishing powder to match my skin color. Like most of us, we all get darker during the summer and lighter during the winter.

I have always bought two different shade compacts for seasonal changes. I went to Nigels Beauty Emporium in North Hollywood and saw the Ben Nye powders in many shades. I bought every color. I also bought a few small clear case that had tiny holes so you can control how much product you want to use. I mixed one for highlighting, contouring and I played with the colors enough to match my skin tone as a finishing powder that I now use daily.

You can make mix the colors to create one darker the summer time and a neutral or lighter color for winter. The cool part about Ben Nye powders is that you have so much to work with and you can mix a few cases for your girlfriends and family. You don't have to be the same shade because you are mixing the colors.

The price ranges from $2.99 up to $14.99 depending on size.

Asian Style Feet Wrapping

use the wrapping technique nightly to achieve baby soft feet. It's not the most attractive thing in the world (see previous post) so I only wrap my feet when my boyfriend is out of town.

I was shopping for my normal beauty products in an Korean store and I saw these foot gelly's. The lady explain its the same technique that I've been doing but just in a more attractive form.

I paid $2.07 for a set of two. You can find these in any Asian store. Just ask for foot gelly's.

Turn Your Candle Holder Into A Perfume Display

I bought some really cute candle holders. After only one uses, I notice the smoke would make my walls black. I thought it was the brand of the candles so I replace my candles with another taller brand. I even replace the style of the candle holder only to find out all candle holders are not good and they will definitely make your walls black.

I was so frustrated with wasting money. One day my boyfriend was coming over and I wanted my place to look nice. I didn't want to put a candles there. Knowing him he would light them. So I had to think fast. The day before was my birthday and he had gotten me some perfume. I thought how cute would it be in the candle holder and he will see his gift on display. I took the other candles off and replace it with perfume as well.

I had a cute little perfume display. Not only is it cute but your house will always smell good from you spraying yourself.

Why You Should Use Neem Products Daily

Neem has been around for thousands of years. Its was first discovered in India but also found in Pakistan, Bangladesh and South Asia.

Neem is an herb in it's own category. I consider it a super-herb. It addresses a wide range of health and skin problems.

It is difficult to summarize all of the healing and beauty properties of Neem because of its versatility.

I will discuss my top 5 Neem products I use daily and highly recommend.

Neem Soap
Neem soap can be used on the body and face. On the body it helps with skin pigmentation, stops the growth of scabbies, kills herpes and other skin infections/conditions so hit those corners of your mouth well and your genitals. Combining it with a bleaching cream will help with dark spots around the knees, elbows, ankles and underarm area.

Purchased at Whole foods for $8.99

Neem Toothpaste
* Prevent and heal gum disease (gingivitis)
* Prevents Cavities
* Eliminate bacteria for people with halitosis
* Enhance mouth immunity in general

Purchased at Whole Foods for $7.99

Neem Chapstick
Prevents cold sores, healthier then the basic chapstick from drug stores. Your lips will be super soft and healthy looking.

Purchased at Whole Foods for $4.49

Neem Lotion
Neem lotion can be used on the body and face. Its helps with firming the skin, skin pigmentation, an excellent agent to prevent wrinkles and fine lines, very effective in taking care of excessive dry skin.
Neem lotion is very good with acne and helps heal the skin faster. I am a very active person and I can get a few scrabs here and there. I use my Neem product and just like that, its healed. After 3 uses your skin will look brighter and feel ten times softer then before.

Purchased at Whole Foods for $13.99

Neem Oil
Neem oil can and should be added in just about everything. Neem oil is a anti-fugal and has a wide range of medicinal properties. Not recommend to use orally because of the toxicity of the solvent extracts of the Neem seed. I put a few drops in my shampoo, body wash, lotions, and my face cream. This oil has truly changed my life. I no longer have hyper pigmentation problems, I never get cold sores or have to deal with dandruff. My skin is so healthy and soft after adding this in my products.

Purchased at Whole foods for $11.00

The oil has an extremely strong smell. It is horrible. I add coconut oil or an essential oil to block the smell so use a very small amount of Neem oil in your products. The other Neem products has a slight smell but not as bad as the oil.

Why You Should Prepare Your Food For The Week

I'm Why you should prepare your food for the week is a no brainier to me. Preparing your food will save time, stops you from eating poorly so you can make better health choices and you'll save a ton of money.

Depending on what your cooking, you can cook the night before or early in the morning. I prefer to cook in the morning. I don't want my food to sit to long in the oils I cook with. I always us coconut oil and a olive oil mix.

I prefer to cook with a wok. I add three cups of vegetables and two cups of pre cooked chicken that I have already baked, copped and stored for the week. I fill two glass tupperware containers. I like to make sure I have enough throughout the day. I eat every two hours so I make sure it's enough to last me until I get home. I also have a 3rd separate glass Tupperware full of fresh fruit.

I don't recommend you reheat with a microwave. The vegatables are already cooked and you don't want to overcooked them. Instead add something spicy to your mix and that will work just fine. No it won't be hot but the spices or hot sauce will get your temperature going.

This is an excellent idea for people who are dieting or just want to live a healthy lifestyle.

A Substitute For Coffee

I was a person who could not start my day without a cup of coffee. I also began to notice I would get headaches if I didn't have coffee.

I am on a quest to be a little more health conscious, but I still love coffee. I have read that black coffee was ok and had less calories but the tastes was horrible and it really dried my skin out.

I switch over to a caffeinated green tea. At first I would still add cream but that was pointless because the cream would reduce the benefits of the green tea and was just as fatting. I wanted something with flavor and beneficial to my body.

I use ginger and cheyenne in just about everything I eat. I decided to try it in my tea, and BAM! There is was. My very own spicy hot, healthy tea with a kick. I use two green tea bags or (Matcha), add my species and drink all day.

Cheyenne Benefits: Promoting heart health, weight loss, detoxing the body, migraine headache prevention, anti-fungal and much more.

Ginger Benefits: Helps with nausea, digestive tract, brain health, promotes healthy blood pressure, helps with muscle aches, and much more.

Green Tea Benefits: fat burning, lower the risk of cancer, protect your brain in old age lowering the risk of alzheimer's and parkinson's and so much more.

10 Benefits Of Matcha Green Tea

A long standing tradition of Japanese culture, Matcha Green Tea is the highest quality powdered green tea available. Made from the nutrient-rich young leaves picked from the tips of shade-grown Camellia sinensis plants, Matcha Green Tea is steamed, stemmed, and de-vined before being stone-ground into very fine powder. Matcha Green Tea powder is then stored away from light and oxygen in order to preserve its brilliant green color and antioxidant properties. This miracle elixir has been consumed for over a millennium in the Far East, and is now considered to be one of the most powerful super foods on the market today.

1. High in Antioxidants

We’ve all read this word before. Antioxidants are the magical nutrients and enzymes responsible for fighting against the negative effects of UV radiation, giving us younger-looking skin, and preventing a number of life-threatening maladies. Antioxidants are something that all health-conscious individuals seek from such foods as raw fruits, green veggies, and (let’s not forget) dark chocolate. The first amazing benefit of Matcha Green Tea is that just one bowl provides over 5 times as many antioxidants as any other food – the highest rated by the ORAC (oxygen radical absorbance capacity) method.
Furthermore, on that note…

2. Loaded with Catechin, EGCg

You may have already heard that not all antioxidants are created equal. Green tea contains a specific set of organic compounds known as catechins. Among antioxidants, catechins are the most potent and beneficial. One specific catechin called epigallocatechin gallate (EGCg) makes up 60% of the catechins in Matcha Green Tea. Out of all the antioxidants, EGCg is the most widely recognized for its cancer fighting properties. Scientists have found that Matcha Green Tea contains over 100 times more EGCg than any other tea on the market.

3. Enhances Calm

For over a millennium, Matcha Green Tea has been used by Chinese Daoists and Japanese Zen Buddhist monks as a means to relax and meditate while remaining alert. Now we know that this higher state of consciousness is due to the amino acid L-Theanine contained in the leaves used to make Matcha. L-Theanine promotes the production of alpha waves in the brain which induces relaxation without the inherent drowsiness caused by other “downers.”

4. Boosts Memory and Concentration

Another side-effect of L-Theanine is the production of dopamine and serotonin. These two chemicals serve to enhance mood, improve memory, and promote better concentration – something that can benefit everyone!

5. Increases Energy Levels and Endurance

Samurai, the noble warriors of medieval and early-modern Japan, drank Matcha Green Tea before going into battle due to the tea’s energizing properties. While all green tea naturally contains caffeine, the energy boost received from Matcha is largely due to its unique combination of other nutrients. The increased endurance from a bowl of Matcha Green Tea can last up to 6 hours and because of the effects of L-Theanine, Matcha drinkers experience none of the usual side-effects of stimulants such as nervousness and hypertension. It’s good, clean energy.

6. Burns Calories

Drinking Matcha Green Tea has also been shown to increase metabolism and help the body burn fat about four times faster than average. Again, unlike many diet aides currently on the market, Matcha causes no negative side-effects such as increased heart rate and high blood pressure.

7. Detoxifies the Body

During the last three weeks before tea leaves are harvested to be made into Matcha, Camellia sinensis are covered to deprive them of sunlight. This causes a tremendous increase in chlorophyll production in the new growth of these plants. The resulting high levels of chlorophyll in Matcha Green Tea not only give this tea its beautiful vibrant green color. Matcha is also a powerful detoxifier capable of naturally removing heavy metals and chemical toxins from the body.

8. Fortifies the Immune System

The catechins in Matcha Green Tea have been shown to have antibiotic properties which promote overall health. Additionally, just one bowl of Matcha Green Tea provides substantial quantities of Potassium, Vitamins A & C, Iron, Protein, and Calcium. Further studies have even suggested that the nutrients in Matcha may have the ability to inhibit the attacks of HIV on human T-cells.

9. Improves Cholesterol

Researchers aren’t entirely certain how Matcha Green Tea has such a positive effect on cholesterol, however studies of different populations have show that people who drink Match Green Tea on a regular basis have lower levels of LDL (bad) cholesterol while at the same time displaying higher levels of HDL (good) cholesterol. Men who drink Matcha Green Tea are about 11% less likely to develop heart disease than those who don’t drink Matcha.
Finally, the tenth and final benefit of drinking Matcha Green Tea…

10. Amazing Flavor

Drinking something just because it’s healthy can be a lot like swallowing medicine. It’s unpleasant and you dread it, but you feel obligated to do it. After all, it’s good for you… right? Sure, but wouldn’t you rather look forward to improving your overall well-being? Of course you would!
Fortunately, unlike a lot of other teas which require sugar, milk, or lemon to make them palatable to the average consumer, Matcha is absolutely wonderful all by itself. It’s crisp vegetative notes are complimented by the savory taste of the L-Theanine amino acid making Matcha a tea that is truly unique in every way. So sit back, relax, and enjoy a delicious bowl of hot Matcha.
You can purchase Matcha and your local Rhalps,, any Asian stores and  Whole Foods.
