FOOD SUBSTITUTE FOR NOODLES

I use to always eat pack noodles as a kid or I would buy the cup of noodles while on the go.






These noodles contains tons of salt and causes cancer. Don't eat these noodles or give to your children. Substitute with shredded zucchini with light seasoning.

WHY YOU SHOULD EAT CELERY AT LEAST ONCE A DAY

Eat celery daily.



I carry a few pieces in a zip lock bag and eat while driving. Eat it raw, no peanut butter. When you order those wings don't forget to eat the celery to reduce the salt in your body.

MY HOMEMADE CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP

Never buy canned soup! Not even the broth. While making soup, you are creating broth which can also be used later on other meals. Alway buy fresh vegetables.



You can use a slow cooker if you have time. I use a regular pot and boil until it's ready. If you follow me on Facebook or Instagram, you know I use my daily spices of cayenne, ginger and turmeric. I make this twice a week for me and my family during the winter to prevent us from getting sick.

My Ingredients:
Carrots
Celery
Chicken
Noodles
Cayenne
Ginger
Turmeric

30 Minutes

THE DIFFERENT SHADES OF POOP AND IT'S MEANING

The different shades of poop can tell you whats going on with your body.

Shades of poop:


Brown: You're fine. Poop is naturally brown due to the bile produced in your liver.


Green: Food may be moving through your large intestine too quickly. Or you could have eaten lots of green leafy veggies, or green food colouring.



Yellow: Greasy, foul-smelling yellow poop indicates excess fat, which could be due to a malabsorption disorder like cellar disease.




Black: It could mean that you're leading internally due to ulcer or cancer. Some vitamins containing iron or bismuth subsalicylate could cause black poop too. Pay attention if it's sticky and see a doctor if you're worried.




Light-colored, white or clay-colored: If it's not what you're normally seeing, it could mean a bile duct obstruction. Some meds could cause this too. See a doctor.



Blood-stained or Red: Blood in your poop could be a symptom of cancer. Always see a doctor right away if you find a blood in your stool.


Your poop color can be determined by the food you just ate. If you continues to have an odd color, see a doctor right away.

HOW TO GET YOUR DAILY DOSE OF VITAMINS THROUGH FOOD

I use to take a multi vitamin daily. I have learn that all the nutrients your body needs, you can obtain through the right foods.

Here is an example of just a few vitamins through food I take twice a day.

Peppers and Spices

I cut up half of a green and red bell pepper. I then add two shakes of Cayenne Pepper, Turmeric, Ginger and Curry Powder.


I cook on a low heat until mixed well and cooked to my desire. You can add some mushrooms, carrots or asparagus if you need more food to feel satisfied.



There are tons of health benefits with these spices (see previous posts).

This is what I like to call my 4Pack. I use these four ingredients when someone gets sick, hangovers and stomach aches. I never get sick because I use my 4pack daily.

I recommend taking the pill form if spices are to strong for you.

GREEN BELL PEPPER FOOD FACTS

Before you purchase your next green bell pepper, flip the bell pepper over to check it's gender.

The ones with four bumps are females and the ones with three bumps are males. The female peppers are full of seeds, but sweeter and better for eating raw and the males are better for cooking.


One cup severing of bell peppers contains 2.5 grams of fiber towards the daily recommendation of 21 to 25 for women and 30 to 38 grams for men.

Low in calories and contains 0 grams of fat.

Green peppers are an excellent source of vitamin A, C and B6.
